Born from a simple 2019 idea, the goal was never to be just another café, but to create a space that feels real and alive, built entirely around community and culture. What inspired the creation of Bagel O’s and what makes it unique?
Bagel O’s started as an idea in 2019 — a project built around community, good food, and good energy. We wanted to create something that felt real and alive, not just another café or sandwich spot. By the time we opened in 2022, the goal was clear: build a space that brings people together. What makes Bagel O’s unique isn’t just the bagels (though they hit hard) — it’s the atmosphere, the culture, and the people who give it its heartbeat.
Any exciting moments coming up or previous highlights you’d like to share?
We’ve had some amazing moments so far — from creative collabs with brands like 47 to collabs with hospitality heavy weights like Big dons bbq, we love the community energy that comes with every drop or event. Each partnership has been about more than product — it’s about building culture. Looking ahead, we’ve got some exciting collabs dropping in 2026 and we’re exploring a third store south of the river. The growth’s been natural, and that’s exactly how we like it.
How important is community to your business?
Community is everything for us. Bagel O’s was built to be more than a spot to grab a bagel — it’s a place to connect, hang out, and feel part of something. From regulars who’ve been with us since day one to new faces walking through the door, the community is what keeps the energy alive. We built this place for them — and with them.
