Scroll-through to read our special interview below. 1. What inspired you to start your business? I still remember the moment I tried a specialty coffee for the first time. It was like drinking a flower. That experience was life changing for me. I wanted to share this experience with more people in a friendly way. Einspanner is one of the entrances for the general public who wants to know more about specialty coffee.
2. How would you describe your personal style?
Something like a colorful flower in a green garden. I try to wear simple clothes with a little bit of highlights such as colours, patterns and accessories. Especially I like wearing hats. I do love to dress up in style but don’t want to spend too much time.


3. What does community mean to you and your business?
It means everything to me. I don’t think the world can exist without people. It is the same for me. Without neighbors and customers, Giant Coffee will lose its purpose or meaning?
