Plasticana builds its footwear in France from a mix of recycled plastics and hemp fibre, with the sugars naturally present in the hemp giving each pair its distinctive, slightly varied colour. The Gardana was originally designed as a gardening clog, easy to slip on and off, though its waterproof, vegan construction makes it just as useful for everyday wear. In Hemp with Ecru, the natural tone reflects the hemp content rather than a dyed finish.
