Drawing inspiration from Australian muscle cars, desert conditions and utilitarian performance, the shoe blended neoprene, nubuck and aged leathers into a rugged reinterpretation of the EQT Support 93. It reinforced HAL’s ability to localise global silhouettes without compromising adidas heritage. Fun fact: the name “Interceptor” nods to Mad Max era Australian car culture, aligning the project with broader national iconography.
