Set against the tarnished sheds, rusted iron, and weathered blues of the Perth foothills, the Highs and Lows Spring 2026 collection marks the seasonal shift into warmer days. For us, spring in Western Australia has always been about settling into an uncomplicated routine. As the winter rain eases off and the landscape starts to dry out, daily life naturally shifts back outdoors, moving between town, the coast, and the outskirts. It is a relaxed, unhurried time of year that calls for reliable gear that fits right into that cadence without any fuss.
The Highs and Lows Spring 2026 collection, built on dependable staples for the shift into warmer days.
The collection anchors itself in our Built-To-Last approach, prioritising durable fabrications and shapes made to stay in heavy rotation for years. A core idea behind the release is that any solid outfit starts from the baselayer up. When the foundation is cut right from substantial cotton, you do not need to overthink the rest of what you are wearing; you can layer over it, strip it back, and rely on it day in, day out. Rather than overhauling a wardrobe just because the season turns, the focus remains on dependable staples that give you an honest base to build around.
"Any solid outfit starts from the baselayer up."
Across the release, you will see adjusted proportions, including a slightly shorter body length across our heavy cotton tees, alongside lightweight checked shirting informed by architectural gridwork, adaptable layering pieces, and a fresh run of utilitarian accessories. The palette takes cues directly from the landscape, balancing muted earth tones, soft greens, and washed blues against everyday neutrals.
All restocking items are available now in-store at the HAL Department Store and online. All seasonal items will release at 10:00am AWST Saturday, October 31st, in-store and online.
