This coffee comes from a collection of small farms that define the exceptional quality of Huila coffee. Located primarily in the Magdalena Valley, framed by the Andes, Huila contributes a significant 18% to Colombia's coffee production. On average, these petite farms span about 1.5 hectares, meticulously producing about 30 bags annually. Prioritising quality, most of these farms boast on-site wet mills, refining their beans with time-honored techniques.
