Returns / Exchanges Policy:
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customers receipt or tracking number. Exchanges can be granted if you have ordered the incorrect size. Customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus a $10 restocking fee.
To receive a credit or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- In original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box, dust bag and any other included materials (such as hangtags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. All original shoe boxes must be placed inside a shipping box in order to qualify for a return or exchange
- Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense, and you will be charged a re-delivery fee
- The online store credit can not be used for in-store purchases or phone orders • Online store credit sales are final
- All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, an online credit of the difference will be provided
- We do not accept international returns, all sales on international purchases are final
- We do not accept returns / exchange on sale items, all purchases on sale items are final
To properly conduct a return on any item(s), please contact email@example.com with your corresponding order number. Highs And Lows reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
