Shipping & Returns

Highs and Lows is located in Perth, Western Australia and all goods are shipped from our store location.

The estimated delivery time to destinations within Australia is 1 to 5 days. While we provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient or incorrect address information, holidays, or carrier complications.

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $15 AU for any combination of items to any destination within Australia under $100.  Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for an incorrect purchase.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping item/s back to Highs and Lows for a refund or exchange and the item/s are shipped at the customers own risk. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping of the exchanged item. Any item/s being sent back to Highs and Lows for a refund or exchange must be in brand new condition as received.

If you are wanting a refund you can contact us at the store via our contact page or phone 08 9272 9893 and your request will be reviewed.

We will send you details via email on how to send the item/s back for refund or exchange.

A refund will not be issued until the items have been returned to Highs and Lows and have been inspected. Items that have been approved to be sent back for a refund must be received within 7 days of the approval. Refunds will be credited to the customer via the initial method of payment. Any items not received by Highs and Lows within this time cannot be processed for a refund and will be returned to the customer.

Any manufacturing faults found in items purchased from Highs and Lowsare to be dealt with between the customer and manufacturer and are not the responsibility of Highs and Lows.

Delivery

Please be aware that all orders placed online with Highs and Lows are subject to availability. There may be instances where for unforseen circumstances customer orders cannot be fulfilled, in which case we will contact you immediately. Customer satisfaction is our priority and you can be assured we will do everything to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Highs and Lows does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion in accordance with our delivery company’s Insurance Policy. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Highs and Lows reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, at which time, you will be notified via email. All monies will be refunded in the form of original payment.

Payment

The only method of payment we accept is Paypal. All prices on our website are in Australian dollars only.
