- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing and verification before shipment of purchased item(s). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We only ship to the address (Billing Address) provided at checkout.

- Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post eParcel.
- Orders outside of Australia are sent via Australia Pack’n’Track, upon arrival into receiving country the local courier then takes claim of shipments and deliveries.
HIGHS AND LOWS SPECIAL RELEASE SHIPPING/PROCESSING:
- Once an order is placed on a special Highs and Lows collaborative release, the sale is considered FINAL and CAN NOT be cancelled or altered. No exceptions.
- Due to volume of orders on special Highs and Lows collaborative releases, we ask for your patience and that you allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and to receive tracking information.
- Orders within Australia for footwear ship at a flat rate of $15AUD per pair.
- Orders outside of Australia for footwear ship at a flat rate of $35AUD per pair.
- Orders on items other than footwear may vary in price, please use the shipping rate estimate calculator on check out for an estimate.
- All orders will receive individual tracking numbers which are provided once the parcel has left the Australia Post depot. Please allow up to 2-3 business days before tracking is provided.
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customers receipt or tracking number on unworn items. For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus a $10 restocking fee.
- Return shipping will NOT be reimbursed.
- The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.
- Online store credit sales are FINAL.
All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, an online credit of the difference will be provided.
We DO NOT accept international returns, all sales on international purchases are final.
We DO NOT accept RETURNS/EXCHANGES on sales items, all sales on sale items are FINAL.
